A simple and yet powerful Bill of Material module is also available. Stock can be validated through one of many methods available. These include fixed cost, first in first out (FIFO), monthly average and moving averages.

Different levels of security for data access are possible. These can be based on location, category, item group for relevant reporting needs, etc. Add-on modules can be added on for additional functionality. Such available modules include eCredit Controller, ePayMaster, eWebMaster, ACT! and UBS mobile. A wizard can take you through the steps of initial setup. You would be able to peek into the process flow. Task flows are displayed on a dashboard. It is possible to execute tasks by clicking on the process flow button to access the entry screen directly. An Excel add-on feature lets you work directly from Excel. No setting or configuration required. Analyzing data in the form of customer profile, supplier profile, stock items, location, SMS, etc. is possible. You will be able to search on Customers, Suppliers and Phone Numbers for easy selection of recipients. Message Content text field box can be used to create own message for sending out. This is a very good tool.
